An Uncommon Summer

The first Summer we introduced The Uncommon we had the pleasure of featuring our wines at a few amazing events and festivals.

Snythony in the Domain

We joined the line-up of epic food, drink and musicians taking part in the much-anticipated Synthony in the Domain.

It was a breathtaking fusion of electronic dance music, live orchestra, DJs, vocalists, and immersive visuals. The Uncommon garden bar was front and centre to provide all 20,000 festival goers with great bubbly wine to accompany the tunes as they (and we!) danced the night away.

Indulge Festival

We took part in Auckland's inaugural Indulge Festival in March, popping up there with our bespoke garden bar.

It took place over four fun filled days, transforming Auckland's Waterfront including Wynyard Point and Jellicoe Harbour into a food and wine lovers extravaganza.

We joined a host of talented wineries, restaurants and designers to make an epic event, with vantage points and views over the city and music from Dick Johnson, Peter Urlich and many more.

We dressed up and headed out to be a little indulgent at New Zealand's newest and largest food, wine and design festival.

Marlborough Food and Wine Festival

Marlborough Food and Wine Festival took place over a beautiful February weekend in sunny Marlborough - a true celebration of Marlborough’s wine, people, food and landscapes. Our little locals, Twiggy and Leonard were spotted in the VIP lounge and at the general lounge bar.

They had a wonderful time meeting you in their hometown, right in the heart of Malbrough's wine country.

Outfield Festival Hawkes Bay

The Uncommon was the exclusive wine partner at Outfield festival, sitting pretty with a great line up of canned drinks.

It was a surreal moment seeing festival goers with can in hand and we had the best time joining them for good music, food and a couple of cans.

We love to partner with events and festivals where the humble can shines, so get in touch if you'd like to work with us or there's somewhere you'd love to see us popping up!
